Shipment and Delivery Timeline
Usually, all orders will be processed and delivered within 2 to 6 working days.
If any item is out of stock at the time of order, the order will be shipped once the item is restocked.
If there is a delay of more than 10 days, we will contact you to discuss replacement or fulfilment timelines.
Any delays caused by the courier company are outside the direct control of Thinai Organics. However, we will make our best effort to coordinate and resolve delivery issues.
International Shipments
Our responsibility for the order ends once the shipment is handed over to the courier company. Any unforeseen delay due to customs or other regulations is outside our control.
Any customs duty, import duty or other charges applicable at the receiving destination shall be borne by the receiver.
