Cancellation and Refund Policy

Orders placed through our website cannot be cancelled or modified.

Two separate orders cannot be clubbed as a single order for shipping. Orders will be processed as per the invoice details only.

Refunds for lost or damaged orders will be processed through the same payment method used while placing the order. Any processing charge levied by the payment gateway will be deducted during refund.

Replacements will be considered only if:

• Products have been damaged at the time of delivery. Please email photos and videos to support@thinaiorganics.com or WhatsApp us at +91 93422 09163 to request a replacement.

• We have sent you an incorrect product.
